Egypt-based Accountant

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team in Bansko, Egypt. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in accounting and a strong understanding of financial principles.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including journal entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements on a monthly basis
- Ensure compliance with all accounting regulations and tax laws
- Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Communicate with clients to resolve any issues or discrepancies in their accounts
- Provide support for audits and other financial reviews

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting or finance role
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Quickbooks preferred)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Salary:
This is a contract position offering a salary of 1000$ per month. Accommodation will also be provided.
