Solar Installer (Indian Candidates Only)

We are a solar energy company based in Vilnius, seeking experienced Indian candidates to join our team as Solar Installers. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial buildings. This is a physically demanding job that requires working at heights and in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels according to design plans and safety standards
- Work with hand and power tools to secure panels onto roofs
- Connect wiring between panels, inverters, and other electrical components
- Test and troubleshoot system functionality
- Maintain accurate records of work completed

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with valid work authorization in Vilnius
- Prior experience in solar panel installation preferred
- Physically fit and able to work at heights
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret design plans
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1000$ per month, with potential for increases based on performance.
