Sous Chef


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our team in Vilnius. As a Sous Chef, you will assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen management, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff training. You will have a strong passion for cooking and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef and be familiar with various cooking techniques and cuisines. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in menu planning and creating new dishes
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality standards are met
- Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to develop cost-effective menus while maintaining quality
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure
- Attention to detail when creating dishes and managing inventory levels
- Familiarity with food safety regulations
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month, along with opportunities for growth within our company.
