We are a reputable construction company based in Washington, seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1700 per month. We welcome Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have prior experience in plastering.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for plastering, applying plaster and other materials to walls and ceilings, and ensuring a smooth finish. You must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Plasterer
- Fluent in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Must have own tools
- Visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, cleaning and repairing any imperfections
- Apply plaster or other materials to walls and ceilings using tools such as trowels, brushes or spray guns
- Smooth out rough spots and ensure an even finish
- Mix and apply different types of finishes such as stucco or cement plaster
- Follow safety procedures at all times while working on construction sites
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
