Smelter Operator

We are hiring a skilled Smelter Operator to join our team in Eldoret. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment to produce metal products. This is a physically demanding job that requires strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and adjust smelting processes to ensure product quality
- Operate smelting equipment such as furnaces, conveyors, and crushers
- Inspect and maintain equipment for proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the smelting process
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a smelting or manufacturing environment preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate and maintain equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in a hot environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good problem-solving skills

Salary: $1500 per month.
