Waiter/Waitress

We are a busy restaurant located in the beautiful city of Eschen. We are seeking experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders and serving food and drinks to our guests. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Ensure efficient and timely service
- Provide recommendations on menu items
- Take payment and handle cash transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are accurate and delivered promptly
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (Malayalee or Nepali language skills are a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly attitude with great customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be legally eligible to work in Eschen (visa sponsorship available)

Salary:
Starting salary of 1200$ per month with potential for growth based on performance.
