Junior Computer Support Specialist (Karachi, Pakistan)


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Karachi. As a Junior Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to our clients. The salary for this role is 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Keep detailed records of reported issues and their resolutions
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Stay updated on new technologies and industry developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Willingness to learn new technologies
