Computer Systems Analyst – Porto, Portugal


A leading technology company in Porto is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving our computer systems and processes to ensure optimal performance. This is a full-time position that does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current computer systems and processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop plans for implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions for system improvements
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and technical specifications
- Perform regular system monitoring and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Conduct testing to ensure proper functionality of systems before deployment
- Train end-users on new systems or processes as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for system enhancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience working with database management systems (SQL Server, Oracle)
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and diagrams using tools like Visio or Lucidchart
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically about complex systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1700 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Porto, Portugal. Candidates must have the legal right to work in Portugal.
