We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project goals
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends
- Build predictive models using various statistical techniques
- Test and evaluate models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability
- Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python, R or Java
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms such as linear regression, decision trees, neural networks etc.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

- Experience working with natural language processing (NLP) techniques
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure
