We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of various architectural projects. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent project management abilities, and a deep understanding of architectural principles and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process for architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements
- Develop detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design software
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
- Manage project budgets and timelines
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on design concepts and technical issues

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 8 years' experience as an architect with a proven track record of successfully completed projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD or other CAD software
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws in Washington state
- Leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
$1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)
