English Language Tutor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced English Language Tutor to join our team in Akron. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group instruction to students of various ages and levels. Your main goal will be to improve their English language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language and previous experience as a tutor or teacher. You must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with students from diverse backgrounds. Additionally, you must be patient, creative, and able to adapt your teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare lessons according to the students' needs and learning objectives
- Teach English language skills in an engaging and interactive manner
- Monitor students' progress and provide regular feedback on their performance
- Create a positive learning environment that encourages student participation
- Utilize teaching materials and resources effectively to enhance learning
- Communicate with parents or guardians about their child's progress

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Linguistics, or a related field
- Previous experience as an English Language Tutor or Teacher preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient, understanding, and adaptable teaching style
- Ability to work flexible hours based on student availability

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is located in Akron, USA. We welcome candidates of all nationalities who are eligible to work in the United States.

Visa & Ticket:
We provide free visa sponsorship for international candidates hired for this position. We also cover the cost of round-trip airfare for candidates relocating from outside the United States.

Accommodation:
