Executive Chef - Fine Dining Restaurant

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at our fine dining restaurant in Balzers. As the head of the kitchen, the Executive Chef will be responsible for creating and executing a menu of high-quality, innovative dishes that showcase local and seasonal ingredients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fine dining, as well as experience managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and create menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and showcase local and seasonal ingredients
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, including cooking techniques, portion control, and quality control
- Train, mentor, and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Maintain inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen
- Collaborate with other departments to plan special events or menu promotions

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in fine dining establishments
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and plating techniques
- Proven track record of creating innovative menus that exceed customer expectations
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in English (German language skills are a plus)

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a salary starting at $1400 per month. Additional benefits may be provided based on experience.
