Entry-Level Baker


We are seeking a passionate and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Baker in Wiltz, Canada. This is a great opportunity for someone without experience in the field to learn and develop their skills in a bakery setting. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking various types of bread, pastries, and other baked goods. No English language proficiency is required for this position. We provide visa sponsorship for non-Canadian candidates. The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mix and prepare dough for various breads, pastries, and other baked goods
- Operate baking equipment and ensure proper temperature and timing
- Shape dough into desired forms before baking
- Decorate pastries and other baked goods as needed
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust accordingly
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and maintain cleanliness of work area
- Communicate with team members to coordinate production schedules

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Physically fit to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work in hot temperatures
- Canadian nationality or valid visa sponsorship
