We are a global financial services company seeking an Indian Collector to join our team in Dubrovnik. As a collector, you will be responsible for contacting customers who have outstanding debts and working with them to develop repayment plans. This is an urgent role with no English language requirements and no prior experience needed. We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Contact customers via phone, email, and mail to collect payments on overdue accounts
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with customers
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions and payment arrangements
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding customer accounts
- Use various collection techniques to encourage timely payment from customers
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding debt collection

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
- No English language skills necessary
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience in collections or customer service is a plus but not required
