Project Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and tracking of projects from start to finish. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning and budgeting processes
- Define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Develop project timelines and milestones
- Coordinate resources and team members to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Identify and manage potential risks or issues that may arise during the project
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Gantt charts or Agile methodologies
- Fluency in English is required

Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP certification
- Experience working on international projects
- Familiarity with software development processes
