A reputable construction company in Utena is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes creating and managing project budgets, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining quality standards.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Manager
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent time-management and organizational abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from beginning to end
- Create project budgets and ensure projects are completed within budget constraints
- Hire subcontractors and monitor their progress to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Coordinate with suppliers to order necessary materials for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on all job sites
- Review blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accuracy of work being done
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing them with updates on project progress
- Maintain accurate records of all project documentation
- Train, supervise, and manage construction workers
