Construction Project Manager


We are looking for a driven and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our projects in Utena. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and budgeting various construction projects. You will also be responsible for managing construction teams and ensuring projects are completed within the given timeframe and budget.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Create project timelines and budgets
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to stay on track
- Manage and lead construction teams, including hiring and training
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1000$ per month for this full-time position.

Location:
This job is located in Utena, Lithuania. While we prefer an English-speaking candidate, nationality is not a strict requirement.
