Smelter Operator

We are searching for a skilled and experienced Smelter Operator to join our team in Nakuru. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining smelting equipment to melt and refine metal ores and other materials. Your duties will include monitoring production processes, adjusting furnace settings, and inspecting finished products for quality control. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of metallurgy principles and possess excellent technical skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional technical training preferred. Previous experience working in a smelting facility is also desired. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1300$ per month. Kenyans as well as foreigners with relevant work permits are encouraged to apply, as long as they can communicate effectively in English.
