Collections Specialist

As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and collecting on outstanding debts from customers. Your main duties will include reviewing customer accounts, contacting customers to arrange payments, and negotiating payment plans when necessary. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all collection activities and communicating with other departments to resolve customer issues.

To excel in this role, you must have strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Previous experience in collections or a similar role is preferred, along with knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are also essential.

This position is based in Eldoret, Kenya and is open to Indian candidates who have legal authorization to work in Kenya. We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month and provide support for obtaining a work visa if needed.
