Teamlead - Customer Service (Part-time) in Eschen, Liechtenstein
We are a growing company in Eschen, Liechtenstein and we are looking for a skilled Teamlead to join our team. This is a part-time position with flexible working hours, perfect for someone looking to balance work and personal commitments.
As the Teamlead for our customer service department, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives to provide exceptional support to our clients. This includes overseeing daily operations, setting performance goals, and handling escalated customer inquiries. You will also be responsible for training and developing team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role and 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory position. You must also be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills. Experience with CRM systems is preferred.
