Concierge - Fluent Malayalam Speaker (Dubai)


We are currently hiring a Concierge who is fluent in Malayalam to join our team in Dubai. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met during their stay. This role requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and problem solve effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
- Handle guest requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
- Monitor guest activity to ensure safety and security of the hotel premises
- Assist with luggage handling and transportation arrangements as needed

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in Malayalam (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken)
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities

Salary: 1300$ per month (tax-free)
