Concierge Service Agent


As a Concierge Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests and residents of a luxury hotel in Dubai. Your main duty will be to ensure that all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and efficiently. You will need to have excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor in order to assist guests with their needs, whether it be making reservations, booking transportation, or providing recommendations for local activities and attractions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures
- Handle guest inquiries and requests in a professional manner
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to fulfill guest needs
- Make reservations for dining, spa services, and other activities as requested by guests
- Arrange transportation services for guests as needed
- Maintain knowledge of local area attractions and events to provide recommendations to guests
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner
- Ensure that all requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately
- Maintain a neat and organized work area
- Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly demeanor with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and events is preferred

Salary: 1200$ per month (tax-free)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Employment Type: Full-time, temporary (with possibility of extension)
