Our busy barber shop in El-Ain is seeking a skilled and passionate Barber to join our team. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and styling services to our clients. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience is preferred but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate. This is a full-time position with competitive salary and potential for growth within the company. Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service
- Consult with clients to understand their desired hairstyles
- Cut, trim, and shape hair using clippers, scissors, and other tools
- Offer suggestions on hair care products and styling techniques
- Maintain cleanliness of work station and equipment
- Process payments accurately using cash or card transactions
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques
- Build relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Proven experience as a Barber (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of various hair types, textures, and styles
- Strong attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset

Salary: $1300/month

Location: El-Ain, UAE
