Executive Chef
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Jizan, Saudi Arabia. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing menus based on seasonal ingredients and customer preferences
- Managing food costs and maintaining high-quality standards
- Supervising and training kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborating with other departments to create a memorable dining experience for guests
- Handling any issues or complaints related to food quality or service
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification preferred
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, cuisines, and ingredients
- Creativity in designing new dishes and menus
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
