Senior Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Chelyabinsk. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, planning, and execution of various construction projects. Your role will involve working closely with clients, engineers, and other architects to create innovative and functional designs that meet all project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to project completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design proposals
- Research and integrate sustainable and energy-efficient solutions into designs
- Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations for client review
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely delivery within budget constraints
- Review and approve construction plans to ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Supervise junior architects and provide guidance throughout all stages of the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or other architectural software
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED certification is preferred
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, engineers, and other team members
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team of architects
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate drawings
