Land Surveyor


A reputable construction company in Ar-Ruwais is seeking a skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements of land, buildings, and other structures in order to provide accurate data for construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys using total station, GPS, and other surveying equipment
- Interpret survey plans and maps to determine necessary measurements
- Establish reference points and markers on construction sites
- Conduct land surveys to determine boundaries and topographical features
- Prepare reports and drawings of survey data for use in construction projects
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate data collection
- Maintain accurate records of survey data and documents
- Adhere to safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred
- Proficient in the use of total station, GPS, and other surveying equipment
- Knowledge of CAD software is an asset
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Excellent mathematical skills for accurate measurements
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Biometric passport preferred
