As an Interpreter, you will be responsible for providing linguistic and cultural support to facilitate communication between English-speaking individuals and Filipino speakers. You will be working closely with clients from various industries, such as healthcare, legal, business, and government agencies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Interpreting verbal communication from English to Filipino and vice versa accurately and efficiently
- Providing cultural context and explanations to ensure effective communication
- Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality at all times
- Adhering to professional standards and ethical codes of conduct
- Preparing accurate written translations as needed
- Participating in interpreting training and professional development opportunities

Requirements:
- Fluency in both English and Filipino languages, with strong knowledge of grammar, syntax, and vocabulary
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely
- Previous experience as an interpreter or translator preferred but not required
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness of social norms in both English-speaking countries and the Philippines
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and handle sensitive or emotional situations with professionalism
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work irregular hours or on short notice if needed

Salary:
The starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.
