Metal Fabricator


We are in need of a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in St. Petersburg. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for creating high-quality metal products according to specifications and blueprints. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to determine project requirements
- Select appropriate materials, tools, and techniques for each project
- Measure and cut metal pieces to the required size using various tools such as saws, shears, and laser cutters
- Weld or join metal pieces together using techniques such as welding, soldering, or brazing
- Grind, polish, and smooth surfaces of finished products using hand or power tools
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Make necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure products meet specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience in metal fabrication
- Proficient in reading blueprints and working with various measuring tools
- Skilled in operating metalworking equipment such as saws, shears, and welding machines
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination
- Strong mathematical skills for accurate measurements
