Radio Technician



As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment and systems. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment is operating at optimal levels. You will work closely with other technicians and engineers to identify and resolve any technical problems.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in radio technology or a related field
- Strong knowledge of radio equipment and systems
- Familiarity with biometric passport technology is preferred
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain radio equipment and systems according to technical specifications
- Troubleshoot issues with radio equipment and systems, identifying the root cause of problems
- Perform routine maintenance on radio equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Repair or replace faulty components as needed
- Communicate with other technicians and engineers to coordinate repairs or upgrades
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities and repairs performed
- Follow safety protocols when working with high-voltage equipment
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in radio technology by attending training sessions or workshops
