We are searching for a highly skilled and organized Database Administrator to join our growing team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing and securing our company's databases. You will also work closely with our development and IT teams to ensure efficient database management and troubleshooting any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database administration, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency
- Ensure data security and implement backup and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with development team to design, implement, and maintain databases
- Troubleshoot any issues with database functionality or performance
- Create user accounts, assign permissions and maintain database access control
- Conduct regular audits of databases to ensure data integrity
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in database management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Experience with SQL Server, MySQL or Oracle databases
- Knowledge of database security protocols and disaster recovery methods
- Strong understanding of database design principles and data manipulation languages (SQL)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Good communication skills

Salary:
$1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
