We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data from various sources and providing valuable insights to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis and a passion for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to identify data needs and translate them into measurable metrics
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using advanced statistical methods
- Create visualizations and reports to effectively communicate findings to non-technical audiences
- Develop predictive models and conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends and patterns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decision making across the organization
- Continuously monitor data quality and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI for creating visualizations
- Knowledge of statistical concepts such as regression, clustering, and hypothesis testing
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner

Salary:
1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
