Facade Engineer

A prestigious architectural firm in Vilnius is seeking a talented and experienced Facade Engineer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and creative individual who is passionate about creating innovative and sustainable building facades. As a Facade Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and implementing facade solutions that meet both technical and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, and project managers to develop feasible facade designs
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for proposed facade solutions
- Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and reports for facade designs
- Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the strength and stability of the facade
- Select appropriate materials for the facade based on performance requirements and cost considerations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that the facade is built according to design specifications
- Regularly review project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders
- Maintain knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and advancements in facade technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Facade Engineer or similar role
- Strong understanding of structural principles and building materials
- Proficiency in CAD software for technical drawing purposes
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and standards related to facades

We offer competitive salary of 1800$ per month along with accommodation, free visa processing, and airfare. Candidates from India or the Philippines are preferred but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
