Body Repair Technician


We are hiring a skilled and experienced Body Repair Technician to join our team in Vilnius. As a Body Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining the body of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and buses. You will use your expertise in welding, painting, and dent repair to ensure that all vehicles are restored to their original condition. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the best repair methods
- Perform welding, painting, and dent repair on vehicle bodies
- Replace damaged parts as needed
- Ensure all repairs are completed according to industry standards
- Keep accurate records of all repairs made
- Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle repairs
- Work efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Body Repair Technician or similar role
- Knowledge of welding techniques and equipment
- Experience with painting and dent repair techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
- Team player mentality
- Willingness to work flexible hours if needed

Preferred:

-Speaks English fluently
-Prior experience in a similar role in Vilnius or other European countries
