We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Sheduva, Kenya. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of all information technology systems within the company. This includes managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring that all technology operations are running smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies for the effective use of technology in the company
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed
- Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise and provide solutions
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for their implementation
- Monitor technology budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or related role
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficient in project management and budgeting
- Great problem-solving abilities with a focus on efficiency
