We are hiring a Contract Administrator to join our team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of our company's contracts, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. This position is suitable for men and offers a competitive salary of 1500$.
Responsibilities:
- Review and negotiate contract terms with clients, suppliers, and vendors
- Ensure all contracts are legally sound and comply with company policies
- Monitor contract progress and make sure all requirements are met
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documents
- Prepare reports on contract status and present to senior management
- Handle any issues or disputes that arise during the contract period
- Continuously improve contract processes and procedures to increase efficiency
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator or similar role
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail

- Knowledge of contract law and legal terminology
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
