Senior Architect



Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team in Triesen. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and construction projects. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional project management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage architectural design projects from concept to completion
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide innovative solutions
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality control and compliance with building codes
- Oversee a team of architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure successful project execution
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and materials

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects within budget and timeline constraints
- Excellent communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration
- Ability to lead a team effectively while also working independently

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in sustainable design strategies
- Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) software
- LEED certification is a plus

Salary: 1400$ per month

This position is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to Indian candidates.
