Preservation Architect for Heritage Sites
As a Preservation Architect for Heritage Sites, you will be responsible for the restoration, conservation, and preservation of historic buildings and sites in the city of Balzers. Your main duty will be to ensure that these structures are maintained in their original condition and historical significance is preserved for future generations to appreciate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on the history and architectural features of heritage sites
- Developing plans for restoration and conservation projects
- Collaborating with engineers, historians, and other professionals to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of restoration plans
- Overseeing the physical work of restoring and preserving buildings and structures
- Monitoring the condition of heritage sites to identify potential issues or necessary maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards for preservation work
Requirements:
- A degree in Architecture or Historic Preservation
- Minimum 3 years of experience in preservation architecture, preferably with a focus on heritage sites
- Knowledge of architectural history, materials, techniques, and conservation methods
- Strong project management skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to stakeholders from various backgrounds

The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
