Office Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Balzers. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, managing office supplies, and assisting with day-to-day tasks. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing documents
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Manage office supplies and ensure they are well stocked
- Assist with organizing company events or meetings
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Conduct research on various topics as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects or tasks
- Assist with any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training is a plus
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with high accuracy in work
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.
Location:
This position is based in Balzers. It is open for all nationalities who have a valid biometric passport.
