Database Administrator

Our company is urgently seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for the performance, integrity and security of our company's databases. You will also be involved in planning and development of new database systems, as well as troubleshooting any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor database performance and ensure data integrity
- Design and implement new database systems to meet company's needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve any database related issues
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Collaborate with other IT team members to optimize database usage
- Develop policies and procedures for data management and maintenance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven work experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, etc.)
- Experience with database design, tuning and maintenance
- Familiarity with disaster recovery principles and procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
