Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Faisalabad. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from conceptualization to completion. Your role will involve managing a team of architects and ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

In this position, you will work closely with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop design proposals that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for coordinating with engineers and other professionals to ensure that all technical aspects of a project are properly integrated into the design.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a degree in architecture or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management. Strong leadership skills are essential, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of the architectural design process, from initial concept to final construction.
- Manage a team of architects and delegate tasks accordingly.
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design proposals that meet their needs.
- Coordinate with engineers and other professionals to ensure technical requirements are incorporated into the design.
- Monitor project progress to ensure it is completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct regular site visits to oversee construction progress and address any issues that may arise.
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects as needed.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements.
- Own visa and currently residing in Faisalabad.

Salary: 1700$ (negotiable based on experience and qualifications)

Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
