Information Security Analyst



As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's sensitive information and systems from cyber threats. This is a full-time position based in Khanpur, and accommodation will not be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular security assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend measures to mitigate risks
- Implement and maintain security protocols, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and data encryption
- Monitor network traffic for any suspicious activity and investigate potential security breaches
- Develop incident response plans and lead efforts to respond to security incidents
- Stay up-to-date on the latest security trends, threats, and technologies to continuously improve the organization's security posture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that security measures are integrated into all systems and processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in information security or cybersecurity
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to information security (e.g. ISO 27001)
- Experience with implementing and managing network security tools (e.g. firewalls, intrusion detection systems)
- Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
- Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g. healthcare, finance)
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments (e.g. AWS, Azure)
- Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Python) for automating tasks related to information security

Salary: $900 per month
