Merchandiser Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Merchandiser Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Lisbon. As a Merchandiser Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the merchandising process, ensuring that products are displayed and promoted effectively to drive sales. You will also be responsible for managing a team of merchandisers, providing guidance and training to ensure their success.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of merchandisers to ensure timely and effective execution of merchandising strategies
- Train and mentor new hires on product knowledge, display techniques, and customer service
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure proper execution of visual merchandising guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, and inventory management to develop effective merchandising plans
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with inventory management team to ensure timely replenishment of products
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to make recommendations for improvements in visual presentation and product placement
- Develop relationships with store managers to understand their needs and preferences for product placement
- Ensure compliance with company standards and policies in all aspects of the merchandising process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or Merchandiser Supervisor in retail or consumer goods industry
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as lead a team effectively
- Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques and trends preferred
- Fluent in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)

Salary: 1700$ per month
