Computer Systems Analyst


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Computer Systems Analyst to join our team in Bergen. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and evaluating computer systems, processes, and procedures to optimize their efficiency and effectiveness. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of computer systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Develop solutions to enhance system functionality and efficiency
- Test and implement new systems or software updates
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Create technical documentation for systems and processes
- Train staff on new systems or software as needed
- Stay updated with industry advancements and trends in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Proven experience as a Computer Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, networks, databases, and software development concepts
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, C++, or Python
- Experience with system testing and troubleshooting techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members
- Effective communication skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this part-time position.

Location:
This position is based in Bergen. Local candidates are preferred but we are open to considering remote candidates who are able to work within Bergen's time zone.
