Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Khasab. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, from daily operations to staff management and customer service. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, while maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff, ensuring they provide exceptional customer service
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for efficient operation
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain financial records, including budgets, sales reports, and payroll
- Collaborate with the chef to create new menu items and specials
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints effectively, maintaining a positive dining experience for all guests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations
- Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service
- Proven track record in managing budgets and financial reports
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Must have a valid visa/work permit for employment in Khasab
