Restaurant Manager - Khasab, Oman

We are a renowned restaurant in Khasab, Oman looking for a highly experienced and skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations of the restaurant, including handling customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage and train a diverse team of servers, cooks, and other staff to ensure excellent service and maintain high food quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain financial records and prepare reports on sales, profits, and expenses.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.

Working Conditions:
This position requires working long hours, including nights and weekends. The successful candidate must be able to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects (up to 50lbs), and work in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month along with other benefits such as accommodation, transportation allowance, health insurance, annual leave, etc.
