Bilingual Office Manager
As a Bilingual Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office in Atlanta. You will work closely with our team to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of all administrative and clerical tasks. Your fluency in both English and Malayalam or Arabic will be crucial in communicating with our diverse clientele. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Your main responsibilities will include managing office supplies and inventory, scheduling appointments and meetings, coordinating travel arrangements for staff, maintaining digital and physical filing systems, and handling incoming calls and emails. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of junior administrative staff and assisting with their training and development.
To excel in this role, you must have previous experience in office management or administration. Fluency in both English and Malayalam or Arabic is essential, as well as strong communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is also required. A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
This is a contract position with a salary of $1600 per month. Candidates with their own visa are preferred; however, we are open to sponsoring the right candidate if needed. This position is open to all genders; however, we strongly encourage women to apply.
