IT Manager



We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team in Multan. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology systems and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of all IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and security systems.
- Manage all IT projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures or disasters.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the organization's systems.
- Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an IT management role.
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, systems security, and cloud computing.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards common goals.
- Proven track record of implementing successful IT strategies that align with business objectives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Salary: $1800/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Multan (Pakistan)
