Contract Moderator (Lisbon)


We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Contract Moderator in Lisbon. Responsibilities:
- Moderate user-generated content on various platforms, including social media, forums, and websites, ensuring it meets quality standards and follows company guidelines
- Review and remove inappropriate or offensive content in a timely manner
- Respond to user inquiries and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team member
- Monitor online trends and report on any potential risks or violations to company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve moderation processes and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in communications, marketing, or related field is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online communities
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes in policies and procedures

Location:
This position is based in Lisbon, Portugal. However, due to the current situation with COVID-19, remote work may be required initially.
