We are seeking a skilled civil engineer to join our team for a temporary contract position in Braga, Portugal. As part of our biometric passport project, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of new passport facilities. Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and design of new passport facilities
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations

- Prepare progress reports and present updates to stakeholders
- Ensure quality control during construction process
- Coordinate with government agencies for necessary approvals and permits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in building design and construction projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction materials
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and manage budgets
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month.
