Locksmith Technician


We are a reputable locksmith company based in Porto, and we are currently seeking an experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team on a contract basis. As a Locksmith Technician, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks, as well as providing emergency lockout services.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Locksmith
- Strong knowledge of lock systems and mechanisms
- Ability to operate necessary tools and equipment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Visa sponsorship available for non-EU applicants

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain various types of locks for residential and commercial properties
- Provide emergency lockout services for clients in need
- Troubleshoot and solve any issues with lock systems or mechanisms
- Recommend necessary upgrades or replacements for outdated or damaged locks
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide satisfactory solutions
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and parts used

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in locksmithing is preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record (preferred)
- Must have own tools or be willing to purchase necessary equipment for the job
